The Saline Process equips healthcare professionals to impact their workplace for Christ by being SALT and LIGHT. This is a training process that disciples, trains, and coaches healthcare workers to skillfully and confidently assess where a patient is in their journey towards faith in Christ. It will provide practical tools to help Christians demonstrate the love and reality of Jesus in healthcare, all with permission, sensitivity and respect. Within the training, five main question are addressed.
- Why is faith important to healthcare?
- What are the opportunities and barriers to fulfilling God’s call?
- What is my role?
- What are the tools I can use to cultivate, sow and harvest?
- Where do we go from here?
